• Led User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and supported the successful migration of multiple Sitecore product websites (including SprinkCAD, Autocall, and DBE Fire) by validating page content, checking redirects, and documenting technical requirements to ensure seamless functional transitions.
• Troubleshooting and resolving critical technical issues across digital platforms, including validating GA4 data layer requirements, correcting Google Search Console indexing problems, investigating DNS TXT record mismatches, and completing remediation steps for security vulnerabilities (Qualys, BitSight).
• Streamlined 65+ websites cross-functional project execution by coordinating regularly with diverse partners (Marketing, Product, IT, SEO, and DNS teams) to clarify requirements, resolve blockers, track open issues, and manage the full decommissioning workstreams for legacy sites.
• Spearheaded the update and roll-out of Phase 1 custom events and GA4 properties across 65+ global product websites for over 10 brands within Johnson Controls, ensuring consistent and accurate analytics tracking.
