  • Cross-collaboration between departs to provide Ad hoc and actionable insights for web development, SEM (search engine marketing), SEO, Email, Social, promotional and overal digital marketing team
  • Tasked to track 3-week sprint interval and enhancements through agile, scrum, and Jira cloud
  • Lead monthly marketing round table to provide insight into Digital marketing performance
  • Established and revised digital dashboards for key stakeholders to improve overall business objectives and transparency
  • Assisted in over 15 different 360 containers for tag implementation using GTM (google tag manager).
  • Helped execute end to end tracking deployment from lower environments to production.
  • Developed CRO (conversion rate optimization) analysis using multiple research types customer feedback, website analytics, full story (session recording cloud base integration). To improve A/B testing process and discover true winners
  • Managed TBC retail testing experiments rewarded high customer experience changes on the sites
  • Built graphical dashboards within looker studio and ad hoc reporting using google analytics extension
  • Help develop pipelines within biquery and querying data using SQL to QA and clean the data.
