  • The business was a newly designed B2B inside sales program for the client; launched in Apr of 2014 with an account base of $900,000. We doubled the business within in the 1st calendar year and ended at 1.88MM.
  • I was primarily in charge of onboarding new and dormant accounts. I created a streamlined process with a 76% prospect turnover in 2014. The new business accounted for 20% of total sales.
  • I developed and implemented a new process for reporting daily, weekly, and monthly.
  • I oversaw E-commerce maintenance and support, managed a catalog of 181 products, 374 accounts, and 452 users.
